Quick answer: Alpha Surge is a fruit-flavored men's gummy whose official page names six ingredients, sells in two-, three- and six-bottle packages ($49 to $79 per bottle) and offers a 90-day guarantee, minus shipping.

What is Alpha Surge?

Alpha Surge is a chewable supplement marketed for energy, stamina, stress balance and confidence. The official website describes "delicious fruity flavor" gummies made with natural ingredients and says the company does not use artificial hormones. The brand name on the page footer is Alpha Surge Research.

The page focuses on four themes: energy for workouts, traditional "vitality" herbs, calm under pressure and circulation.

What ingredients does Alpha Surge list?

According to the official website, Alpha Surge contains:

• L-arginine HCl, presented alongside tongkat ali for energy and circulation
• Tongkat ali root
• Maca root extract, presented for stamina and drive
• Ashwagandha extract, presented for stress management
• Horny goat weed extract
• Beet root, mentioned in the benefits section with horny goat weed

The page has a "view label" button, but amounts per gummy are not written in the page text. We could not verify serving size or how many gummies are in a bottle.

What does the science say about Alpha Surge's main ingredients?

The official page cites several published studies on individual ingredients. Here is how independent health sources describe those ingredients in general:

• Ashwagandha: Human trials suggest it may help with stress and sleep; a few small studies in men measured hormones. NIH notes limited long-term safety data and rare reports of liver problems (NIH ODS: Ashwagandha).
• Maca: Studies point to a possible effect on desire that is independent of testosterone, and the evidence base is small (PubMed: maca systematic review).
• Tongkat ali: One study cited by the brand looked at stress hormones and mood in moderately stressed adults. Overall human evidence is limited and mixed.
• L-arginine and beet root: Both relate to nitric oxide. NIH ODS describes mixed results for arginine and modest results for dietary nitrate in some types of exercise (NIH ODS: Exercise and athletic performance).

These are findings about ingredients at the doses studied. No study listed on the page tested Alpha Surge gummies.

How much does Alpha Surge cost?

What does the Alpha Surge guarantee include?

The official website states a 90-day money-back guarantee from the original purchase date. The terms say you can return the product, including empty bottles, and receive a refund minus shipping and handling fees. Keep your order confirmation and packaging.

How fast does Alpha Surge ship?

According to the official FAQ, orders are processed within 24 hours and standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days, with express options at checkout.

How do you take Alpha Surge?

The page text does not state a daily serving. Follow the directions printed on the bottle. Because gummies are easy to eat, it helps to keep the bottle away from children and not treat it like candy.

Are gummies a good format for Alpha Surge's ingredients?

Gummies are convenient and pleasant to take, which helps with consistency. The trade-off is space: a gummy can only hold a limited amount of active material, and herbs like ashwagandha and maca were often studied at hundreds of milligrams to grams a day. Gummies also usually contain sugar or sweeteners, gelatin or pectin, and flavorings. If you follow a low-sugar diet, avoid gelatin or have diabetes, check the "other ingredients" line on the Alpha Surge bottle.

What should you ask Alpha Surge support before ordering?

If anything matters to you, ask before paying:

• How many gummies are in a bottle, and what is the daily serving?
• How much of each ingredient is in one serving?
• Is the gummy made with gelatin or pectin, and how much sugar does it contain?
• How does the return process work under the 90-day guarantee?

Clear answers to these questions are a good sign; vague ones are useful information too.

Who may consider Alpha Surge?

• Men who want a flavored chewable instead of capsules.
• Buyers interested in ashwagandha plus maca in one product.
• People comfortable ordering a two-bottle minimum.

Who should check with a doctor before Alpha Surge?

Ask a doctor or pharmacist first if you take medication for blood pressure, heart conditions, erections, thyroid, diabetes, anxiety or sleep, or if you have liver disease. The official FAQ itself recommends consulting a healthcare provider before starting. Alpha Surge is for adults only.

What else should buyers know about Alpha Surge?

• No amounts in text. Without per-gummy amounts, you cannot compare doses with research.
• Shared format. The order page uses the same layout and price points as several other men's products, including Endo Peak and Stratos Alpha.
• Two-bottle minimum. The smallest order is $158 before shipping.
• Similar formulas exist. SpartaMax and Ragnaroak list nearly the same ingredients plus grape seed.
